This is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo Located in the luxurious Homestead resort. On the main floor the living Room overlooks our ravine that is wooded and full of wildlife ,deer and other animals can be seen all the time. Inside the Homestead resort there is a outdoor bar/restaurant area that in the summer has yard games and also a splash pool for the kids this is all free to anybody in the Homestead and their guests and renters. The home also has a brand new wood fireplace with a blower. A kitchen with and dining area. The 1st floor also has a large screened in balcony overlooking the woods you can also see Lake Michigan and here the Lake from within the screened in patios there are 2 in this home. The views of Lake Michigan change seasonally throughout the year woods are located between our condo and the water. So there are no open clear views. You can hear wake Michigan and the waves throughout the day-and-night from inside the condo. Downstairs you will find a master bedroom with a king size bed with an attached bathroom with a shower and a tub which also adjoins to the other bedroom with a Queen size bed and a set of bunk beds. The other screened in balcony is downstairs as well there is seating for 6 people in each balcony. The home comfortably sleeps 6 people. This home was recently renovated top to bottom it is beautiful throughout it has very comfortable newer furniture to make guests feel as if they are cozy at home in their own home. We have been known for our comfort and our beauty in this beautiful renovated tree house like condo. In the wintertime you can go skiing, You can walk across the Parking lot and ski down to the ski left which is located directly in front of you you do not have to get on a shuttle to go skiing. We are a ski and ski out location as well but we boast the beauty of the rivene of the Lake Michigan side. We do many extras for our guests who stay at our condo we want you to feel as if this is you were home away from home. Free of charge we also have a pack and play for infants and young children and we also have a high chair and also a booster seat for the kitchen for the lil ones . We carry these things so families don't have to pack and bring everything. Just bring your suitcase with your clothes and you will be set we have it all even the Keurig for your favorite cup of coffee just bring your K cups.
