The Naples Serenity welcomes you to luxurious living on one level featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The transitional home with contemporary interior design offers travertine floors in and outside, granite countertops on all surfaces, great ceilings and high-end finishes throughout and a resort style pool area. This spacious vacation home boosts 3048 sq ft of air-conditioned living space. The house sleeps up to 10 people.
The main villa presents a great room floor plan, including an open kitchen with KitchenAid stainless steel appliances and a wide island with breakfast bar that seats 4.
The Miami Design District furniture is displayed beautifully along with amazing artwork all through the house. Dining tables in and outside each seat 4, 6 or 8 comfortably. Two Eames chairs invite you to lounge in the living room and enjoy the electric fireplace.
This villa boasts two private master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and spacious walk-in closets. Both master bedrooms have leather, low-profile King-size beds with luxurious linens.
Towards the left house sides hallway, you will find a bedroom with 1 kids bed and one crib and walk-in closet, a bathroom with tub/shower combo and a bedroom with queen size bed. Also available laundry room with washer, dryer and a 4-car garage.
LUXURY VILLA THE NAPLES SERENITY features 4 flat screen TVs, wireless internet, secured network, beach towels and chairs, complete bed linens, towels for each bathroom and poolside towels, fully equipped kitchen and 2 summer kitchens and bbq.
The separate Mother-in-law suite is detached from the main home. This luxurious suite features a king size bed, walk in closet, bathroom with walk in shower, and a gorgeous view of the pool and direct access to the pool area.
No expenses were spared to furnish the elegant outdoor lifestyle. The luxurious and huge lanai offers a gourmet style top of the line summer kitchen including barbeque, hood and sink, design dining for 8 and a state of the art lounge area.
Turquoise waters invite you to swim in the extra deep and large heated Pool with integrated Spa.
Relax on the two oversized sun loungers at the pool level, lounge the day away on one of several couches in the shaded area of the pool, and enjoy dining alfresco in the Florida sunshine.

Summary: Let me preface my review by saying we absolutely enjoyed our stay, and the host was on top of addressing the issues we had. There are a lot of things I wish I'd known before I booked, and this review is intended to let you know those things so you can be better prepared. We booked this house to celebrate Thanksgiving. We stayed for 6 nights. When we first arrived we were freaked out by the for sale sign. But once we entered the gate we were taken away by the beautiful house. There were 4 adults and 4 kids. We didn't even use all the bed rooms or the guest house. The pictures are deceiving because some of the best rooms aren't shown. Like the giant family room with the huuuuggee couch. All the kids slept in there instead of the bedrooms. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, and the appliances were nice and clean. The pots and pans and knives were old and should probably be replaced. The refrigerator also needed a new filter for the water. Some of the lights didn't work, which wasn't the end of the world. There were a million light switches, and half the lights didn't work. This was not corrected during our stay but we were told it would be once we left. Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, garbage bags, and cleaning products. The closest grocery store is a Publix less than 6 minutes away. But everything else is over half an hour away. We weren't able to see the beaches or spend much time downtown because this place is really far out there. Bring pool shoes. First, the outdoor space is beautiful, but it's not cleaned. We cleaned everything while we were there because our kids lived outside. Second, the pool is like sandpaper. All the kids and adults had cuts and scrapes on their feet from the bottom of the pool. Third, the inside floors are SLIPPERY. We had several slips and falls this week. The king beds are rock hard. So if that's not your speed bring an air mattress or sleep on the super comfy couch. The sectional by the guest house was broken. The fridge outside was great, but the stove tops were rusted. We had to figure out how to get everything going as the pilot lights were out and the gas was turned off outside. That's not the end of the world but it would've been nice to know ahead of time. Overall, we had a great time. The electrical issues were a drag, the pool injuries were not fun, but we did have a good time. I'm just not sure I would spend so much again.
