High up in the prestigious Los Claveles community, you will find Vista Grande. It is set in a quiet and peaceful location yet still within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops.

We are fully licenced which is a requirement of the Canarian Government. We have the Vivienda Vacacional licence VV-35-3-0001641. All rental properties must have this by law.
The Villa is modern and spacious inside and out. The 270-degree views encompass the islands of Lobos, Fuerteventura, and also the Femmes and Roja mountains. These views are truly spectacular day and night and a rarity in Playa Blanca.
The villa has 2 double bedrooms en-suite and a twin bedroom with a family shower room.
The main living area is modern and open-plan. It has been designed to take advantage of amazing views whether you are inside or out.
The lounge area is particularly light and airy with floor to ceiling sliding doors onto the terrace and pool area. The dining area is spacious and also has floor to ceiling doors onto a covered patio area. The kitchen is well equipped and there is an American-style fridge /freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave.
There is a fantastic covered outside BBQ area with its own sink and fridge taking in the southerly sea views.
As the pictures show the south-facing terrace makes a lovely area to relax by the pool which is 9m by 4.5m and incorporates sunbathing steps from the shallow end.
The pool is solar and electrically heated to 28 degrees but it can be a lot warmer. We do not charge for pool heating.
Having rented in Lanzarote ourselves many times we wanted to include as much as possible without the hidden extras that can often be added on and also add up!
