Two story, luxuriously furnished and appointed large Villa on Queenstown Hill has magnificent views over the lake and mountains from every bedroom and the spacious Open Plan Living/dining and kitchen.
The Ground floor has three large bedrooms, The 'Forest Room' can be converted from a Super King up to three singles. The 'Queenstown Room' - King bed, its own En-suite. French doors leads to the Courtyard and Hot Tub/Spa Pool. The 'Lake View' Room can be converted from Super King to two singles. French doors open to a covered private covered Courtyard with quality outdoor furniture. The spacious main bathroom with bath and walk in shower also has a full laundry - washing machine and dryer behind closed doors. All bathrooms are supplied with quality shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash and hair dryers.
Upstairs, every guest says, without fail, the photographs do not do the views justice or show how spacious the Open Plan Living is. Beautifully furnished with a deck opening out to the magnificent views, a roaring wood fire and heat pumps ensures you are toasty during the Winter months, air conditioning cool in the summer.
