Summary: The house is very large and comfortable, although some details were lacking: the hot tub in the master bedroom had no plug, so couldn't be used; the air conditioner in the master bedroom was not functioning properly (it was repaired quickly, though), some of the curtains didn't open, and there was no butler as mentioned in the house description. But on the whole, we were quite happy. We liked the Cap Cana area a lot - it is a quiet area with beautiful villas and nature, and tennis and horseback riding very close by. Sonia, the housekeeper was very pleasant and good, Yaney - the chef we hired separately - was wonderful. Ingrid, the property manager, was always available and extremely helpful. By the way, Google Maps does not work well in the area and gives the wrong directions from the airport.
