Even the generous and high lobby area makes you want to explore the house immediately. A separate guest toilet can be found in the entrance area, a further storage space, and the stairs to the upper gallery.
The ground floor benefits from its inviting large living room. Through its floor to ceiling windows the magnificent blue of the sea finds the way into the house. The open design of the rooms leads from the living room to the fully equipped luxury kitchen, where nothing is to be desired. From the kitchen there is access to a covered outdoor terrace with a dining area. Here the early birds are enjoying their first coffee while enjoying the sunrise, the sea as close to touch! Here you can enjoy all meals with your loved ones with stunning sea view! Gladly also with your favorite music from the outdoor music system .....
Also the living room is preceded by a spacious terrace where guests can have a rest on several sunbeds and an outdoor bed. The living room also leads to another a double bedroom with a bathroom en suite. This bedroom has its own covered terrace that offers a beautiful and peaceful retreat with its cozy seatings. Of course, you do not have to give up the sea views here...
Following the impressive staircase in the lobby you reach the upper gallery, which leads to the 3 upper double bedrooms. All bedrooms have an amazing sea view and have a bathroom en suite. All bathrooms at Villa '4 Vents' are finished in marble and equipped with typical, big stone floor showers. In hot summer nights besides the rising evening breeze the ceiling fans and the climatization provide cool air in each bedroom. The two outer bedrooms also come with a patio where guests find more outdoor furniture to relax. Starring at the nightly sky is so joyful from here. Counting the many shooting stars is relaxation and fun.

The luxurious Villa '4 Vents' has an excellent and free wireless internet connection and television in the living room and in all bedrooms. The acoustic enjoyment is provided by a quality music system (SONOS) with music in the living room, the kitchen, the outdoor terrace and in the area of ​​BBQ-House. In the garden the beautiful and large pool awaits our guests. Around the pool area several relaxation spots help to enjoy the sun and the sea. The adjacent BBQ-house provides a dressing room with shower and toilet. The summer kitchen with grill offers the opportunity to prepare delicious food with family and friends and to enjoy your meal at the cozy rustic outdoor table. This is where it often gets late...
Also in the harsher seasons, the luxury villa '4 Vents' can be used perfectly. The central floor heating and a fireplace create a cozy atmosphere. You can enjoy the almond blossom at the beginning of the year just as the beginning of the training of racing cyclists and golfers in spring. Or just leave behind the autumn and winter at home and let the still strong sun massage your soul.

In the evening the bar knows how to surprise culinary. Occasionally, with live music. Just a bit further there is the town center with bars, restaurants and a supermarket.
Close to Cala Murada you find the towns of Porto Colom, Felanitx, Porto Cristo and Cala d'Or with innumerable beaches and restaurants to be dicovered. That makes the whole East coast so interesting.
