Positive: Very well located - waking distance to Marais, Louvre, etc; nice supermarket, bakery shop, restaurants nearby; safe area. 3min walk to 2 metro stations. Room size proper for Paris. With all necessary amenities , incl. a bottle of water, and coffee capsules. Lovely decoration. Comfortable bedding. You could store luggage at the office nearby, with 2 min walk. Staff at the office are very friendly and helpful.
Negative: There is no lift, and you need to carry luggage up very narrow stairs - probably not a problem for most, and not unusual for Europe, but one need to be aware of it.
