The house is bright, modern, welcoming, and spacious 150 m2 on one level, on a plot of 400 m2. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 master rooms with king bed, and a spacious bathroom included, and the other one with two single beds, and other one with king bed. In addition there is a third full bathroom. All beds have high quality mattresses, EXCLUSIVE mattress range of FLEX, BORNEO mattress of FLEX. Shower quality cabin TEUCO, radio and chromotherapy in one of the bathrooms of the master. The new and modern kitchen is very well equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, juice squeezer, etc and much kitchenware. The house has FREE WI-FI and a large TV 55 ", Smart TV, with international channels, 100 english channels, and DVD, and NETFLIX. The Villa is available for guests stoves and heaters, a fans and hot air.
The house has a tropical garden with palm trees, totally private, with beautifull views of Mount Teide and Orotava Valley, where you can relax and enjoy your holiday. There's a play area for children, a picnic area with barbecue and dining area, a sitting area with loungers and a beautiful HEATED swimming POOL in size 4 x 6 m (13x19 ft). temperature of the pool.
