* Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone.
* Late Check-Out Fee: $120 for 2 extra hours (must be arranged at least one day in advance).

The unit is equipped with essentials for short-term stays. For anything extra, you’ll find supermarkets, shops, and local stores just a short distance away to restock based on your needs.
* BUGS & CRITTERS: We regularly treat the space, but this is a tropical climate - please help keep critters out by keeping doors closed.
