The ground level of this townhome has a private double car garage, spacious foyer entrance with in-suite laundry, and a large closet. A custom media room welcomes guests to enjoy movies and entertainment on the large sectional sofa with a workspace area. Off the media room is the 4th bedroom with a queen bed and access to a shared ensuite bathroom. Outside is an exquisite seating area with outdoor gas fireplace and private hot tub.
Up the stairs to the main living level featuring the professional kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a built-in espresso machine, and island seating overlooking a sunk-in living room centered on a gas fireplace. Expanded outdoor living is enjoyed year-round on the covered balcony with a built-in BBQ. Adjacent to the kitchen is the large spacious dining room next to a powder room and an entryway.
The third or top level of this home features the other three bedrooms. The master bedroom suite offers a large walk-in closet, a private balcony with mountain views, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom displays a double vanity, glass-enclosed shower, and soaker tub with a see-through gas fireplace. The second bedroom on this level has 2 twin beds which can be converted into a king bed upon request. The third bedroom has a double bed. The Fitzsimmons Walk complex is located just north of the main Whistler Village, and adjacent to the complex, across Highway 99, is Nesters Market shopping center where guests can enjoy the conveniences of the full grocery store and pharmacy, a Mexican restaurant, a sushi restaurant, a liquor store, a coffee shop, and other retail outlets.
Driving: The drive into the village is less than 2 minutes.
Walking: approximately a 5-7 minute walk to the north end of the village stroll and an additional 5-7 minute walk to the base of the mountain or less than a 2-minute drive.
Public Transit: There is a public bus stop is located just a 5 minute walk away. The bus comes every 30 minutes and is a 7 minute ride to the village (approximately $2.50 per ride).
Taxi / Rideshare: Taxi service is also available throughout Whistler.

AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be 30 years of age and must provide photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.
CHECK-IN INFORMATION
Guests are to check in with our front desk prior to gaining property access, at which time they will be required to present a credit card and photo ID for a pre-authorization of $1500. The authorization will be charged in the event of costs such as damage, missing items, and or excessive cleaning, by the guests. Guests are responsible for any costs also exceeding the pre-authorized value. The credit card must be in the name of the main guest.
