Fantastic duplex apartment with sea view, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with an area of 80m2, plus 2 terraces of 15 and 20m2 sunny with sea views facing south west including one with two outside beds protected by a store. The apartment is fully equipped: washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher, iron, towels, sheets, TVSAT (French channels, English, Spanish, German), Internet 100Mo fiber, private WI-FI and public in the residence , cot and baby chair on request. Cleaning done at departure.
The complex is inspired by the architecture of Santorini with its domes, wooden railings with brace and has 3 swimming pools, one heated in winter, security 24/24, beautiful gardens ... A luxury residence that has won a grand prize for architecture!
A bar-restaurant is located next to the pools for breakfast, lunch and dinner at reasonable prices. Sun loungers around the swimming pools await you as well as a games room with ping-pong, and a large community hall with wifi. Parking in the basement protected from heat. Well located in Playa Paraiso in a quiet location away from the tourist bustle, and 500m from the seaside. The best climate in Tenerife protected south west of the island.

Summary: We stayed in Alain's apartment for 13 nights. Everything was as per the description and we were very impressed upon arrival at the property. The complex itself is also lovely with a great poolside restaurant which serves delicious lunches and dinner. The complex is in quite a quiet area and we were glad of our last minute decision to rent a car which enabled us to visit lots of different beaches . We'd highly recommend Alain's apartment to others. Thanks for a grear stay!
