A beautiful modern villa that sleeps upto 6 with its own private swimming pool set in a large garden,located in a peaceful part of Bodrum. Just over 10 minutes to walk down from the villa to to one of Bodrum's most popular sports bars or the oldest Hammam in town. A further 5 minutes and you are on the sea front, barstreet & restaurants which leads onwards to Bodrum's historic castle and Marina area.
Who ever stays here in 2019 is in for a real treat! I always listen to my guests comments and have made many enhancements to make future stays even better..... Over the winter all bathrooms in the villa have been 100% refurbished, All mattresses, quilts & pillows were replaced in 2018 to give you the best possible sleep. The living room has been updated with a brand new sofa, comfy chairs and accessories and in the kitchen you will now find the latest Samsung dishwasher, Turkish coffee maker and larger toaster. New solar panels were installed to give you lots of hot water in the most eco friendly manner along with a new pump for great shower pressure! From 2017 there has been unlimited free wifi around the villa to keep you constantly connected! And a large umbrella to shade you from the Turkish sun when dining outside by the pool. The spacious villa covers an area of almost 300sqm spread across 3.5 levels. You will be impressed with the large fully equipped modern kitchen and living areas along with a new bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Located on the first floor is the en-suite master bedroom opening out onto a spacious private balcony over looking the pool area (bathroom brand new for 2019) The lower ground floor provides a double bedroom with a private patio and a twin bedroom with views of a cactus garden. The basement consists of another new bathroom, and a large open plan area with double bed which acts as the 4th bedroom if needed when larger groups staff at the villa, additional sofa bed plus the ever popular game area containing a pool table & table tennis table. The basement is underground so has no windows which makes it a cool place if you want to get out of the mid day sun. The villa is surrounded be spacious lawns and landscaped garden, including a secure gated driveway with access and parking for up to 3 vehicles. Unlimited WiFi is now available inside the villa and around the pool. Guests will receive full access to the villa, garden and private pool which is accessed directly from the ground floor of the villa. You might also spot one of the resident tortoise or pick fruit from trees when in season. My villa Manager will be available to check you in and out at the start and end of your stay and will call by frequently to clean the pool / garden & to deal with any queries you may have. He is very friendly & can help make your stay even more enjoyable. Bodrum is a historic town of many contrasts. Its historic medieval 15th century castle dominates the skyline, while some of Europe's top nightclubs and bars line the waterfront. The town center provides many excellent dining options to suit all budgets and tastes along with bustling maze of boutique shopping and traditional Turkish markets. During summer months Bodrum airport is served by around 40 daily flights from Istanbul aswell as many others from around the world. It is just 30 minutes away and served by numerous non-stop luxury coach services right into the centre of Bodrum at an affordable price. Alternatively I can assist you by recommending a private airport pickup service or rental car hire through a very reliable local travel company. Bodrum has a very active and cheap Dolmus (minibus services) and metered taxi network.
