Large and bright 3-room apartment of 62 m2, fully air-conditioned with independent temperature management for each room. Armored door and intercom with camera. We have fully equipped it for your comfort: 49 "full HD flat screen TV in the living room with access to international TV channels, wifi in all rooms, washing machine, dryer, table and iron. Fully equipped kitchen under 2 years old (dishwasher, 4 hotplates, fridge, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, ...).
The 2 bedrooms located to the west each have a view of the pool, cypresses and pines. Both offer large, fully equipped storage cupboards. The first bedroom can accommodate a couple thanks to its comfortable 160 cm bed, memory foam mattress. The second can accommodate a couple and a child, or 3 children, thanks to a very comfortable bunk bed, with a mattress of 140 cm at the bottom and 90 cm at the top. For the wink, the bed is American, and belongs to the children's collection designed by Cindy Crawford.
The bathroom is spacious and elegant.
The living room has a very comfortable sofa in Italian design from which you can see the sea and the view of the valley, as well as surf the net or enjoy your favorite TV program.
A convivial Provencal-style dining table can seat 6 people (8 if unfolded). Office space with mouse pad and office chair. The terrace and its 6-place round table is the perfect place for a coffee or dinner, with a view of the sea and the valley, which is particularly appreciated at sunrise and sunset. The terrace overlooks a Mediterranean garden, lit in the evening highlighting the olive grove.
