Entering the home you are greeted with a noticeable high-end design and coastal feel. The living room boasts 17 foot ceilings with expansive windows, illuminating the room with natural light. The open floor plan creates an ideal lay-out to relax and spend time with friends and family, and the spacious chef's kitchen is perfect for entertaining. Additionally, there is dining seating at the breakfast area table (seats 4) or the main dining table (seats 8). From the main living area, you can access outside covered porch and pool deck. Enjoy the private saltwater pool that overlooks the golf course.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, along with two & half bathrooms. The first bedroom (#1), which is the primary suite, features a king size bed, TV, and private bath with soaking tub and walk in shower. The second bedroom (#2) consists of a king size bed, TV, and private bathroom.
Moving upstairs, there is a loft-style area with wet bar and comfortable seating. On this upper level, there are two bedrooms which share a bathroom.
