1,800 sq ft Elkhorn Springs Condo with beautiful knotty pine woodwork throughout the unit. New furniture, beds, linens, flat screen tv's in all rooms, kitchen-aid appliances, and full size washer/dryer. Condo offers separate dining room and has wireless internet. A large outdoor covered patio with BBQ grill offering protection from snow in the winter and rain in the summer. Large Bedrooms have individual full bathrooms with jetted tubs and individual thermostats for central heat/air conditioning. Tons of HEATED underground parking with elevator. Trolley truck is available for loading and unloading luggage and/or equipment to and from the condo. We are located steps away from a bus stop with busses running every 1/2 hour (yet far from the noise as the bus stop is on the opposite side of the building). Our bus stop is within 5 minutes to Sun Valley Resort and 10 minutes to Bald mountain lodges. Across the street 'walking distance' there is the Sun Valley Golf at Elkhorn golf club, tennis courts, new pickle ball courts, swimming pool and hot tub. The complex has a lovely courtyard with a stream running through to a pond with the pleasant sounds of a fountain. Out back of the unit is Elkhorn/Dollar Mountain which makes for a great evening hike with views of Sun Valley, Ketchum, and Elkhorn valley.
