Grayt Paradise is a stunning 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms 1,853 sqft NEW HOME that is beautifully furnished with coastal decor; complete with a full kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and large farmhouse sink. This home boasts an open style floor plan perfectly sized for entertaining! With a master bedroom on the first floor with its own private bath, 2 bedrooms on the second floor with their own separate baths, this home can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably! The beach and Zoo Gallery are just 1.1 miles away. Enjoy the community pool only a few steps from the home.
This home is sure to give you the perfect vacation! It is also located by Western Lake and Grayton State Park which is perfect for launching paddle boards! This home is less than 1 mile way from Grayton Corners w/shops for necessities like ice, drinks and beach supplies! Please note there parking for a total of 3 vehicles: 2 cars in the driveway and 1 car in the overflow lot at the front of the neighborhood.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
