Positive: Very close to where I had to attend an early appointment.
Negative: Check in Your procedure is lacking quality and informative directions as in car parking I took a wrong turn in the car park on arrival, and then my remote key wouldn't open the boom gate then went to ring front desk no reception on phone had to go a floor up to get service from your fantastic staff they were patient and couldn't assist me more. So, I eventually found my way to my parking spot my mistake but perhaps more arrows or signage for guidance as it was very confusing had never been there before. After a 6 hour drive, I really didn't need that confusion 🙃 Then, the task of finding Lumina My GPS took me in the opposite direction again. I had never been to that part of Melbourne before. Perhaps may I suggest a printed map from the car parking site and check in to Lumina apartments? That would be super helpful. Don't get me wrong, your apartments were lovely. It was a great location Fantastic pool and spa. Lovely helpful staff that bend over backward to help. Besides the prementioned overall great place to stay. Just very confusing at checking in Parking and getting to apartment. All things that can easily be rectified.
