I have a lovely bright spacious Double Room in my flat next to the Canal.Lift 2 single beds, I can make it into a kingsize Ideal location for visiting all the local and Londons famous Sites. Bathroom shared only with host. Fridge and kettle tea and coffee in room . No kitchen access.No hot food in the room. I have 1 Cat. Please No smokers. Personal Info & tourists information avail. 10 mins to Little Venice with all day boat trips to Regents Park & Camde Walk to Hyde Park & Kensington Gardens & Palace. Nr to Abbey Road, Notting Hill & Portobello Market.Bayswater & Queensway Shops Restaurants Cafes Pubs 1 friendly cat Tubes:Royal Oak 5 mins & Warwick Avenue 15 mins Buses: 18,36,23,6,70,7 &31. Paddington Heathrow Express . * Check in is 3pm to Midnight & Check out is at 11am. I m as flexible as possible for dropping off or leaving luggage earlier or later. * Early Check In is possible from 11.30am or earlier, depending on availability. My flat is by Grand Union Canal on the 4th floor of a modern private block with an intercom and lift, only 5 to 10 mins walk to Little Venice, canal cafe culture and boat trips to Regents Park & Camden.... * The Room is spacious and newly painted with a new wooden floor and a new IKEA Double Bed with Fresh Bed Linen & Towels & extra Blanket ... Wardrobe and drawer space. * Fridge & Kettle.Teas & Coffee.Biscuits.Fruit & Fresh Filtered Water. * Due to the layout there is no kitchen access. However you have all you need in the room. (I will provide Croissants in the room on request, please let me know the day before) * Local Cafes listed further down. You are welcome to usr the washing machine for 1 wash.I don t have a dryer.There is a launderette across the road * The little details ..... Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, fan for hot weather ...(umbrella for rain!) Good Wifi and a spare iPhone Plug A set of house keys. LONDON SITES * All the London Sites are no more than 30 minutes away by walking tube or bus. You can see so much more of London in 2 or 3 days, if you plan routes well.... To make your stay easier. I have 4 or 5 site seeing days I give to my guests with full directions. They incorporate all the attractions . So you dont have to spend half your time here figuring out the easiest way to see it all .I ll also give you a local guide for breakfasts cafes pubs & restaurants.There are so many great places especially in Notting Hill and Little Venice you will be spoilt for choice Famous sites to visits include. Royal Oak Tube Station is 5 minutes walk ,Warwick Avenue and Westbourne Park Tube Stations are both 15 mins. 12 or more Red London Buses are close by and run every 2 to 10 mins all over London.. Bus Numbers 18 & 36 are 24 hrs and run through the West End stopping right outside the flat. Easily travel out of London to Windsor, Bath, Oxford, Devon and Cornwall via Paddington Euston and Kings Cross Stations are 20 mins away on the bus or tube and connect to Edinburgh and the rest of the UK. Kings X is 20 mins on the tube and hosts & The Eurostar to Paris and Brussels. Book long distance trains advance for better prices... !!!!!BREAKFASTS!!!! I can provide croissants for guests on request. Please ask me the morning before. There are cafes all over to eat English and all kinds of Breakfasts , we are truly international here in London. ON THE WAY to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. .Walk via Queensway to get there where there are many cafes to choose from. Along the canal toward Little Venice (Clifton Road) or keep going to Paddington Central Station, Bars & cafes along the way. ........
