This 2nd floor High Hammock flat has been totally remodeled into a beautiful two bedroom, 2 bathroom home! Perfect for anyone looking to get close to the beach - only a half mile away - at an affordable price.
This lovely two bedroom, two bathroom 2nd floor villa has been renovated with Pergo floors,open kitchen with granite countertops, updated bathrooms and more. New living room furniture has just been added in June 2024. The new sofa has a sleeper bed. Sliding glass doors from the family room lead to the deck with a golf course view. The kitchen has been remodeled to open it up to the rest of the villa. It is fully equipped for your cooking needs with granite countertops, and a table with seating for six.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and a full bath across the hallway. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with an attached full bathroom. There is also a computer desk and Wifi if you need to have an area to work. High Hammock Villas are approximately a half mile from the beach.
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am: 2
The first pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
