Watersong is just minutes from 2 shopping areas which give easy access to a Wal-Mart, Publix Supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, Diners, Bars, Banks, Gas Stations, and fast food outlets such as McDonalds, Papa John's Pizza and Chinese. Its also only 5 -10 minutes' drive to the Posner Park Shopping Mall which has a Super Target, J.C. Penney's, Dick's Sporting Goods amongst other larger outlets.
Nearby Golf Courses
For any golfers in your party the nearby courses at Reunion, Providence and Champions Gate are all literally minutes away, giving Watersong the benefit of a tranquil resort style setting with easy access to everything Orlando has to offer.
In addition to the traditional American style bar and grill restaurants located nearby such as Chilli's at Champions Gate and the excellent Manny's Chop House on Highway 27; fine dining options are also available at Zen and Trevi's at the Omni Resort or Eleven and Forte at nearby Reunion.

Other Things to Note:
1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.
2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.
3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.
4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed.
5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.
6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.
7. Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. Occasionally, the cell phone signal is not very stable in the house, we are very sorry for that.
8. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.
9.This will be a self-catering house.
