As soon as you walk through the front door of this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa, you\'ll begin to feel right at home. The open plan layout flows from one cozy seating area thru to another with comfy sofa\'s for relaxing, reading or for watching television, and with direct access to the kitchen, a refreshment is never far away. You can enjoy an early morning coffee at the kitchen table or step outside onto the lanai and let the warmth embrace you. Dip your toes in the sparkling pool water and you\'ll know exactly why you\'re happy to be in Florida! At the end of the day, you can enjoy a fun meal around the pool or a more formal dinner in the dining area. The Master bedroom is unusually large, and has its own ensuite bathroom with a lovely soaking tub as well as a walk-in shower and a \"his and hers\" vanity. The bathroom also features an access door directly thru to the pool lanai ... just perfect for a bit of privacy ... in case you want to get in an early morning dip before the kids wake up.
