Summary: At the start of the trip I was told to download an app that was for the property owner not traveler. It said it would give me a code, it did not, texted owner several times he didn't respond so I had to call to get a code. Upon arrival it was dark so I wasn't able to see the state of disrepair the building was in. Upon entering there was a potent smell of urine that wasn't covered up by the 4 different scents (all 4 airfresheners were different scents). The floors and couch were sticky, if you walked barefoot your feet were black. Positive note there were sanitizing wipes in the kitchen and coffee table and the refrigerator was nice, filtered water was a plus. But the foul stench that I can only describe as a rotting corpse smell in the kitchen was awful and never went away the whole 3 days I was there. The 2nd bedroom was a couch (they call a futon) and throw pillow is supposed to be a bed was, in my son's words, "ungodly uncomfortable and the worst sleep he's ever had" and the kid literally can sleep anywhere. I don't recommend opening any blinds all you see are decaying buildings all around. The best part was my son and I stayed 3 days and only got 1 towel and 1 washcloths each, however there was a washer/dryer but no detergent. The toilet seat would not stay up. I ordered Wingstop and they dropped the food off downstairs, my son went to get it only to find the downstairs occupant was going to take my food and my son had to tell her it was his. The neighorhood was sketchy at best. If you're idea is to get illegal drugs, listen to loud cars, screaming, a train going by then this is your place. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The pictures are kind of misleading. It was just not clean. The first hour I was there I was trying to find a room at any hotel, but since there was large events going on, i had to stay where I was. I was literally going to pay to stay somewhere else. You can take this review with a grain of salt but don't say I didn't warn you.
