This cottage is set over three floors and sleeps five people in three bedrooms, consisting of one second floor king-size double with en-suite, a twin and a single, together with a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there's a small patio with furniture and parking is available in local car parks. Loughrigg View is an excellent Lake District base.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power included in rent,Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Load/unload outside property only. Parking permit for 1 car in local car park, 4 mins walk away. Small outside area with bistro furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Note: Second floor bedroom has sloping ceilings and is accessed via a slightly narrow and steeper staircase with right hand turn, therefore this property may not be unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. Please note: There is a £500 Good Housekeeping Bond which includes a £50 charge that will be deducted if the parking permit were to be lost during your stay.
