Positive: The pool is vast and was empty almost all of the time; it was also cleaned daily. The grounds are well kept and there was lots of positive maintenance taking place in the grounds. There was plenty of space in the apartment. The apartment was well equipped, especially the kitchen items, a fan, 300mb broadband, and having mood lighting everywhere. The location was perfect being in the middle of everything and only a short walk from old town. The bedrooms are a really good size and the wardrobe space is huge.
Negative: The beds were uncomfortable - needs new mattresses. We had to buy drain cleaner to unblock the drains, as water backed up in the shower from the shower, sinks and washing machine. The washing machine rumbles and probably needs replacing. Sofa is worn but can accommodate everyone. There is general maintenance required, such as adjusting doors and fixing plasterwork where it is cracked and worn. The patio tiles are cracked and broken in places. The patio doors leak water when the sprinklers are turned on.
Summary: Good place, would stay again.
