Restaurant on site. Patio has 2 lounge chairs with padding. 2 Adirondack chairs with padding and a small table and 4 chairs for outdoor dining. Blu Zen has 24 hour security yet is only minutes to all the south island has to offer. Long term rentals only (Over 30 days). Condo has two sets of sheets for each bedroom and an initial supply of soap, shampoo and other items. Renters should expect to purchase additional items needed for their stay. Available to renters over 40 years of age. Renters will be required to maintain the property and amenities. There will not be any housekeeping services included with your booking.
