The bedroom and en-suite bathroom are at the back of the flat and are spacious and relaxing. When booking this property, you do so on the understanding that there may be viewings (on average there are 2-3 a week, so not to many!) - the price of the property reflects this. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire flat. The Neighborhood: Fulham is a popular place for well heeled Londoners to live. With fabulous bars and restaurants on the door step, Fulham Broadway also has a number of supermarkets including Whole Foods. Fulham is nearby to Parsons Green and the Common as well as Chelsea and easily accessible by bus or tube central London. Bordering Chelsea, Earls Court and South Kensington this flat is located in the perfect area for getting into the centre of town, with the benefit of feeling that you're coming home to a relaxing retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Fulham is a very popular and buzzy residential area of London. If you walk back towards Fulham Broadway, you will find Whole Foods supermarket for all your healthy groceries. In addition, there are cafes, delis, restaurants and boutique shops galore! There is even a David Lloyd gym at Fulham Broadway station where you can buy day passes to use the facilities. There are numerous nearby gastro pubs including the Harwood Arms (which boasts a Michelin star!), The Malthouse, The Atlas and the Lillie Langtry. Other great local restaurants include Manuka Kitchen, Cafe L'Aziz, Brasserie Cote and the Vagabond wine & tapas bar. Nearby supermarkets: Waitrose, Whole Foods, Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencer are all approximately 5 minutes away. Earls Court - 15min walk (District Line and Piccadilly Line). Zone 1. There are numerous 24hr bus routes across connecting you to the rest of London as well as multiple bike rental docks nearby. Other Things to Note: Please note that all our cleaners are in Personal Protective Equipment and they use the appropriate cleaning materials and disinfectants. Please note that we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and loo roll for the beginning of your stay and not for the entire duration. Please keep in mind that each home is unique – as you are staying at someone else’s home and not a hotel, the space and amenities will be different at each place. Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own, we dedicate a lot of time and care to it, so please respect the rules, the space and the neighbours. We would really appreciate if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise. The property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hired hotel-quality linen to prepare the beds. This also includes clean towels, bath mat and a kitchen cloth. For bookings longer than 10 days we charge a mid-stay clean. This is the same cost of the standard cleaning fee and it includes linen and towel change. If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged. Please check prior to booking if you will be checking in outside check in hours as a charge may apply.
