Positive: Location, very close to tourist attractions, Piccadilly Circus etc. Response from the staff virtually was quick and efficient.
Negative: It smelt in the corridors The premium studio bathroom did not have a door so I could see my partner using the bathroom, and smell, which wasn't very pleasant.
Summary: Really enjoyable, comfortable beds
