Nestled within 300 acres of forest and surrounded by a beautiful lakes region, we are just 10 min. away from the town of Labelle. From Labelle you may walk Sentier L'Héritage, a 35km stretch being one of the most spectacular segments of Quebec National Trail or discover the meanders of Red River by canoe/kayak/SUP with Kayac & Cabana. Also possible from Labelle, get on the famous bike path Le P'tit Train du Nord Linear Park, a 232km path build over an old railway track, where most stations have been converted into welcoming cafés and rental/repair shops. Beside from biking, some sections propose in-line skating, cross country skiing, fat biking and snowmobiling. Also, do not leave wet or damp towels over the furniture and the wood floor. At your departure, place the towels in the baths. Beside toilet paper, do not flush anything else in toilets as tampons, wet ones … it could block the septic tank and cost you a lot of money!! No smoking in the property. If smoking outdoors, do not throw cigarette buds on the land and use ashtray provided on the porch. No loud noise and music after 10pm. We offer a well equipped kitchen. All used items have to be put back clean where they belong. The last dishwasher load can be set upon your check out. BBQ, turn gas off and clean with supplied brush after each use. Please close windows and turn off lights and AC, on your departure. Do not move furniture and decoration items. Children have to be under adult supervision at all times. Do not place anything on the pool table, especially food and beverages. OTHER The decision to rent accommodations and use of all facilities/appliances/ boats/ spa/ BBQ, are entirely at the renter's risk. No responsibility can be accepted by the house owners for any event resulting in death, injury, loss of personal effects, or damage whatsoever to the renter or his/her guests' personal property.
