Your space will include the lower level of the cabin which is 740 sqft. It has it’s own private entrance and parking located on the backside of the cabin down a separate driveway. The large covered patio over the entrance with 2 rocking chairs, a table, a hammock, and wifi are exclusively yours to enjoy. During the summer you can sit and watch the hummingbird show as they come right up to the patio to the feeder. Enjoy 10 degrees cooler weather than downtown St. George because of the higher elevation. Inside there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and an office space. The area offers opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors, in many ways whether you prefer scenic drives, or extreme sports the options are abundant. Visitors have access to the trail that leads to the top of it. There are many, many trails that lead from the neighborhood into public lands and into Dixie National Forest. They can be explored by foot, horse, bike, ATV, or UTV. There are also a couple of scenic dirt roads you can drive your vehicle on that lead out of the neighborhood into remote areas, trail heads, Red Cliffs National Conservation Area, Downtown St. George, Leeds, and other areas.
