A Large Barn Conversion ,under the general description of Holiday Cottages,- Llys Bennar is in fact a large house . At this point in time it is appropriate to mention that for Christmas and New Year Lets the house is supremely warm and comfortable with the AGA operating and an open fire available with fuel provided,- all this on top of Oil Fired Central Heating- makes for a wonderfully warm Festive location. Next to an attractive Dining Area,is the Large Kitchen with Range Cooker MicrowaveThe ,Utility Room contains Fridge Freezer and 2nd Larder Fridge , Washing Machine Dishwasher,-storage area. The Games Room contains a professional pool table. There is a Downstairs ensuite double bedroom with Superking bed and large bathroom with bath and shower over. - The house now contains a further second large bedroom with superking bed and ensuite bathroom with shower washbasin and WC There are 3 further bedrooms making 5 in total ,-one double with king size bed and adjoining shower room ,-one with 2 single beds and one with a double Bunk bed.The Spacious upstairs lounge with sea views is an attractive feature and always produces a gasp of appreciation. Music System.Flatscreen tv with Sky package including Sky Sports. Outside an attractive garden area with seating and table and barbecue. Full weekly Bookings Friday - Friday,- but let us know if this is difficult,- we are happy to offer short breaks with a minimum stay of 3 nights by arrangement especially at off peak times. This is a 1970's highly skilful barn conversion. The property exude great charm and character and provide a wonderful holiday venue, - with great facilities and a high degree of comfort. The views to the sea and over the farmland to the mountains are breathtaking. Just one of the 4 cottages on this secluded site which makes them ideal for extended families of several generations,- but they do remain extremely attractive for smaller parties including couples. The obvious attractions of our cottages are the proximity to a gorgeous child friendly beach , only half a mile distance and the wonderful hill walking in the foothills of the Cambrian Mountains in the immediate area. We are at the South end of the Snowdonia national Park. For more serious climbers Mt Snowdon is 35 miles away and Cadair Idris which is almost as Challenging is 16.5 miles. For serious Mountain Bikers the world famous Coed y Brenin is 17 miles away. For Bird Watchers a wide variety of coastal birds are present at seaside locations and the wonderful Ospreys are nesting at a site near Tremadog where the same pair have successfully hatched chicks,- having made the trip from N.Africa for the last 10 years. The cottages are ideally located for all these activities but those who want complete rest there is nowhere so peaceful just to take in the wonderful views of sand dunes and sea and mountains behind. We are just 5 miles from the World Heritage site at Harlech with its magnificent castle,- and where the famous Royal St Davids Golf Course is located. The Italianate Village of Porthmerion is within easy reach. The properties are non-smoking and sadly we cannot accept pets. Weekly Bookings are FRIDAY - FRIDAY,- with occasional variation by special arrangement.-but short breaks are available at off peak times.
