Gated Multi-million dollar mansion nestled among cactus & coyotes on 9 acres. 1 of highest homes in mountains w/ breathtaking/jaw dropping 360° views of mountains/city lights. A true bed & breakfast, shared among other guests occupying other 3 bedrooms. Queen size bed sleeps 2 comfortably & room has its own en suite bathroom, no sharing. All other areas shared/communal. Enjoy sand volleyball, tennis, basketball, pool & jacuzzi. A mini resort. A place 2 escape.
The space
Enjoy 7100 square feet, open floor plan, Mediterranean mansion. The host is on site so catch a conversation with him, network with other guests from all over the world or enjoy your privacy among your own private bedroom and bathroom with TV.
There is a bar, kitchenette, main kitchen, game room with pool table and communal TV, living room with communal TV, formal dining room and a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside you can tinker with tennis, shoot hoops, play sand volleyball or court volleyball, swim or soak in the jacuzzi. The resort-like backyard has spectacular views and a mini gym. Hiking is available right on the property or off.
There’s plenty of garage and outside parking.
