Positive: The location is very good, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s also only about 200–300 meters from the metro. The apartment is spacious and has easy access via an elevator. Communication with the landlord was good.

Negative: There are, however, some significant downsides. The shower cabin in the room could not be closed. Combined with the fact that the window in the shower cabin facing the street was only single-glazed and also cracked, this made street noise extremely irritating. You could move to the other room instead, but the bed there was very uncomfortable and actually felt like a waterbed. The air conditioning in the living room seemed to have a mind of its own, and when it finally worked, it was noisy. I never managed to get the extractor fan or the kitchen lights to work. All in all, the landlord should have the apartment thoroughly checked to fix these annoying faults and shortcomings.
