Positive: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gave us a room upgrade on arrival. The room was very spacious and had every amenity you could need. Excellent shower. Views into the garden which were well kept and very peaceful to sit out in. The hotel itself is very quirky, which is one of the reasons I wanted to stay, loved it so much that we have booked another 2-night stay in July for our anniversary.
