We'll provide hotel quality linen, towels and toiletries to ensure you're comfortable throughout your stay. The Space: Welcome to our home! Based on a quiet road a short walk to Brixton Hill and 10-15 minutes from Brixton underground station, our home is well located for your stay in London for up to 2 guests. The flat is on the first floor with stair access and consists of a cosy, homely living area, complete with corner sofa, smart TV and a desk as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The spacious master bedroom will be made up with hotel quality linen throughout your stay and offers ample storage for you to make yourself at home. Our bathroom, with a large shower will be stocked with towels and toiletries to ensure you're comfortable. Brixton is a fantastic neighbourhood with a wealth of things to eat, see and do, right on your doorstep as well as great transport links which can help you navigate around the local area and into central London with ease. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home! Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. The Neighborhood: If you’re looking to cook while staying at the flat, there is a Sainsbury’s Local just down the road on Brixton Hill as well as a Tesco Express. If you’re hoping to eat or drink out during your stay, there are loads of great options nearby. Some of our favourites include Stir Coffee Brixton, Pizza Brixton, White Horse Brixton, F. Mondays, Curry Paradise and The Beast of Brixton. Other points of interest in the area include Brixton market, Ritzy cinema and Brockwell park. Getting Around: The property is well situated to get you around London. Brixton underground station (Victoria line) is within a 15 minute walk of the flat and offers direct access into the city, including Green Park, Oxford Circus and King’s Cross. Alternatively, buses, Uber and taxis are also readily available in London. Other Things to Note: Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks.
