We completed our luxury renovation in 2023...New kitchen, bathrooms, and patio with a fire pit! We hope you enjoy!
The first thing you notice stepping into my house are the sky-high ceilings! Enormous floor to ceiling windows allow light to stream into the the 2 floor home. The stylish and very large terrace are great for summer nights. Walk out the front door & you are in the heart of restaurant row with all the best bars and restaurant in the city. Parking included! For business travelers, this is the perfect spot for you too. Downtown is only 2 mins away!
Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.
Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.
Anyguest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.
One parking spot behind the building is included with your stay. Please note, you will need the provided parking pass hanging in your vehicle to avoid being towed. Failure to return the pass at the end of your stay will result in a $200 fine.
Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.
1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.
2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property. Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.
3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.
4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.
5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.
6.) Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and pet fee paid. You will be charged $500 if you bring an unauthorized animal.
7.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.
8.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests. If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

10.) Lost and Found: We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.
