We are delighted to share that we have been named the winner of the 2021 Best of Kailua Awards in the category of Vacation Rentals.
We have an amazing location under a 1 minute walk to Kailua Beach Park! Our villa is tucked away on a private beach lane, offering a beautiful shared pool, hot tub, and lush Hawaiian gardens. Inside, you'll find air conditioning in every room and free WiFi. For your convenience, we provide a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You'll also have shared access to a washer/dryer with laundry supplies, a gas BBQ, bikes, boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs, mats, and towels for outdoor fun. Please note that there is a spiral staircase in the unit. Both bedrooms are upstairs, and you'll need to pass through one bedroom to reach the other. However, each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
The highlight of our villa is its unbeatable location just a short 1-2 minute walk down a private beach lane to Kailua Beach Park, recognized as one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. The calm waters, thanks to the coral reef just half a mile offshore, make it perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking.

Summary: Property was as described. Pool is shared pool with other tenants, but we rarely saw them and when we did everyone was so friendly! Property owners were kind and easy to reach and communicate with! Property was clean, comfortable, and suited our needs perfectly. Parking was tight, but doable! Would definitely stay here again.
