Positive: Plenty of open space, loads of hot water, outside covered seating area

Negative: Breakfast bowls are chipped badly and all need replacing. Sink waste was often smelly? No toilet bleach provided.

Summary: Nice house and only a short walk (steep) down to Argeles. I would recommemd it.
