Positive: New facilities, excellent staffs who are all responsive, friendly, helpful. This villa is located on a hillside, just a 5-minute scooter ride from central Ubud, or about a 15–20 minute walk. The scenic path downhill is lined with charming cafés, boutiques, spas, and local restaurants, and it’s a popular route for people out enjoying a stroll. Once you reach the bottom of the hill, you’ll find yourself right in the heart of Ubud. It’s the perfect balance of peaceful surroundings and convenient access to the town center. They even offer 24/7 free motorbike rides!!! We loved the stay with them, big thanks to the manager Ode and rest of staffs, nothing can be complained about.
