This lovely beachfront unit is located at the South end of the island near Villa Santini Plaza and restaurants.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium has WiFi available and there is a laundry facility on the property with a heated pool. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. On Fort Myers Beach, there is something for everyone to do. You can kayak, go deep sea fishing, paraglide, bike the island and much more.
There is a $100.00 fee for all cancellations outside of our 48 hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.
This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months. The minimum age to rent is 25.
