This lovely beachfront unit is located at the South end of the island near Villa Santini Plaza and restaurants.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium has WiFi available and there is a laundry facility on the property with a heated pool. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. On Fort Myers Beach, there is something for everyone to do. You can kayak, go deep sea fishing, paraglide, bike the island and much more.
There is a $100.00 fee for all cancellations outside of our 48 hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.
This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months. The minimum age to rent is 25.
This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.

Summary: Outdated and not a spa type visit while in the condo. Too much furniture, Full size china hutch and two Coffee tables, Big picture of wild horses running, picture of downtown NYC, two twin headboards in Master Bed as a substitute for a king bed headboard, Only One TV??? TV's are Cheap Now, get one BIG TV in EACH Room! outdated older worn bedspreads, outdated Old furniture in both bedrooms, Pedistal sinks are not a good thing, slow running water, old old dusty books (get Rid of the Books) Great view from balcony... This condo needs a complete remodel/makeover by someone much younger and professional. This is not counting the reserved parking space not being available due to inconvenience of walk way resurfacing. This was not worth the money! Sorry if that hurts your feelings, you got a lot of my hard earned money and I did not get a quality VRBO!
