Positive: The receptionist who welcomed us was very friendly, and the apartment was spacious, with very strong Wi-Fi and all the essentials, such as soap, shampoo, a hair dryer, coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets, and more. The apartment is very big and has huge windows, I really loved it. The big shopping mall and grocery stores very close by. The street itself is nice, but the surrounding neighbourhood is not the best part of town, so it is something to keep in mind. Overall, we liked the spacious apartment, good Wi-Fi, and amenities, but some updates and better communication would improve the experience.

Negative: There were visible water marks on the walls, the table had a damaged corner, and the bathroom was very basic. The shower was also very tight, making it difficult to open or close the door comfortably. Guests should also be aware that it can be noisy. There is a college courtyard right outside the windows, children can be heard nearby, and on Sunday morning we were woken up by a gospel service from the church next door. The fire alarm in the main hallway also went off twice randomly during our stay. The main thing I would recommend improving is communication via Booking.com, as my messages were often answered with generic replies or not answered at all.
