Summary: Beautiful homely hotel. Bedroom very quiet and clean. Tranquil and pretty surroundings with good places to walk. Owners very welcoming and friendly. Continental breakfast was nice and not rushed (which was great when we overslept). Good sized pool for swimming and decent sun loungers for relaxing. Great facilities to make your own dinner if you decide to stay in - Castres is circa 10-15 minute drive - with a small boutique to stock up on essentials like like wine and home produced honey! Option also to have dinner cooked for you. Other self catering accommodation on site. Would definitely stay again.
