Nestled along the ski slopes in the exclusive Colony neighborhood in the Canyons Ski Resort at Park City, Lazy Day Chalet at the Colony provides luxury accommodations and preferred vacation amenities. This stunning chalet offers mountain living with 3 guest suites plus a media/bunk room, a modern mountain design that boasts rustic reclaimed timber, stone work, exposed beam construction, and exquisite hardwood floors. The open great room boasts floor to ceiling windows looking out to the mountains.
Thoughtfully designed modern interiors, lighting and space, allow this retreat to capture the environment and secluded surroundings that make the Colony neighborhood such a desirable vacation destination. The open, fully equipped kitchen provides extra seating arrangements with a breakfast bar, while the formal dining area offers room to gather and entertain. Cozy up by the fireplace in the main level living room to watch the snow fall, or entertain downstairs in the expansive media room with a comfortably furnished sitting area centered on a fireplace and large screen television plus a wet bar and table.
Offering three spacious suites and bunk beds in the media room, Retreat at the Colony comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. The master king suite offers an en-suite bathroom, fireplace and desk for total seclusion and comfort. The second guest suite also offers a king bed and en-suite, while the third guest suite offers a queen bed and a Jack and Jill bathroom in the hall. With four queen bunk beds, the lower level media room/bedroom provides sleeping accommodations for up to eight guests. The media room also features a wet bar and fireplace as well as access to the rear patio and private hot tub.
