Private electricity back up. A beautiful, pristine, double-story home with spacious open-plan living and a large outdoor entertainment area leading onto a well-established garden and fenced pool. A kiddies paradise with a TV room, jungle-gym and trampoline. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are ensuite and all have air conditioning. There is a bar-room, formal lounge and a large outdoor patio with dining table, couches and loungers. The fenced pool is solar heated and the home comes with a cleaner 5 days a week.

This is a much loved family home, with all of the bedrooms upstairs, except for one en-suite downstairs. There is also a TV room upstairs.
