The apartment is located in the basement and has 3 spacious bedrooms, large dining room with fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower and bidet, laundry.
The bedrooms are one double, one triple and one twin, the maximum number of guests allowed is 6 people. The rooms have been recently furnished in a modern/Mediterranean style, each room has a window or door that overlooks the internal courtyards of the house and shutters.
The apartment is very light and airy and is cool during the summer. The double and triple rooms can be set up as doubles by joining the beds.
In the bathroom there is a shower and bidet, while at the back there is a laundry room with washing machine and iron.
Outside the house there is a large private garden, belonging to the house, of about 135 square meters, with beautiful ornamental natural stones, flowers and flowerbeds, and a green lawn.
