As you move up to the second level and central area, you'll find a fancy dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, a kitchen island, and all the appliances and utensils needed to whip up memorable meals and snacks for the whole family. Continue your tour through the house and unwind in the living area, conveniently equipped with inviting sofas in front of the wood-burning fireplace and TV.
The spacious screened porch right off the dining room is another excellent place to gather with your friends - sit down on the sofa and admire the views of the lake, browse on your phone and find fun activities nearby. Right off the screened-in porch is a convenient, covered dining area. But the real perk of this house is its game room and bar area. This spacious room is off the kitchen and features NFL memorabilia, mainly from the Green Bay Packers, a dartboard, a pool table, a full commercial bar, a large countertop, and a cozy sectional. This is the ultimate gathering spot with plenty of games for all ages.
And last but not least, the upper level features another living area with a large sofa, cable TV, and a mini-fridge. Outside, the large deck overlooking the lake is simply out of this world - gather around the firepit, roast s'mores, and share fun stories as you all take in unparalleled water views.
