Come relax and enjoy the amazing view on the large stretch of lawn or out on the dock to watch the sun go down. There is a shelf with shallow water that makes it great for kids to play in the water. The house is truly comfortable with the kitchen well stocked for cooking and entertaining. There is a large deck with BBQ, Ratan sofa and chairs, picnic tables and large cantilever umbrella when the sun gets too hot. There are plenty of chairs to take to the lawn or dock as well. If you have a jet-ski, there is a spot built right into the dock for mooring. Boats welcome also, however the shelf is quite shallow so mooring further out will be required.
The first bedroom has a kingsize bed, second bedroom has two double beds. One full bath and one half bathroom.
We are a 5-10 minute drive to Skaha Lake marina and central Penticton. We are centrally located to wineries; within a 20 minute drive to Naramata or Okanagan Falls. Walking distance to the Painted Rock Winery.
The world-class Skaha Bluffs are just behind us for hiking, rock climbing and wildlife viewing.
