Come stay with us at our stylishly updated lakefront home on stunning Hayden Lake. Take us in gorgeous water views from large newly built decks or through one of the many windows that frame the picturesque shores of McLeans Bay. Sleeping up to 12 - our home is conveniently close to Sportsman's Park boat launch, less than 12 miles to town for shopping, under 30 minutes to the Northwest's largest theme park: Silverwood & only a one hour drive to Spokane International Airport.
The upstairs offers a mid century modern living space, with a newly renovated kitchen & electric fireplace with a queen bedroom and attached full bath. Downstairs you'll find another queen bedroom, tv room with oversized lounging couch, full bath & laundry room. We also have an added detached custom bunkroom with 4 full beds for children of all ages!
Tasteful interior touches include custom built maple kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops with subway tile backsplash, stainless steel GE appliances, stylish fans and lighting fixtures, electric wall mounted fireplaces for ambiance, and a new heat pump with A/C (super important for those warm summer days.) Also, all updated exterior features are made of safe composite decking found on both the private dock, all decks and stairs, as well as a new gangway with modern deck railing.
