Professionally designed 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom cottage that sleeps eight. This lovely vacation cottage located in the Laurel Grove neighborhood at Sandestin Resort. Our cottage is beautifully appointed with a collection of upscale furnishings that invite our guests to relax and stay awhile.
This home is nestled on a large corner lot with serene lake views! This cottage features a cozy great room with a large sectional sofa. Enjoy the natural sunlight with a soaring cathedral ceiling and abundant windows throughout this resort home. There are two bedrooms on the main floor with a private, enclosed loft suite on the 2nd floor, each of which offer luxurious professional furnishings. Relax outdoors on either the front porch or the screened veranda with views of the lake and clubhouse. There is a brand new sunroom addition with two day beds and a queen sleeper for kids! There is also a half bath for guest use.
The Laurel Grove clubhouse, located within easy walking distance, features a sparkling blue swimming pool (seasonally heated), hot tub, exercise room, full kitchen and an outdoor grilling area. There are several ponds at Laurel Grove suitable for catch and release fishing. A quick golf cart ride through the Resort will take you straight to the beautiful sandy white beach in 10-12 minutes. The Resort also offers tennis, golf, restaurants, shopping, walking trails, bicycle paths, and activities too numerous to list!
The master bedroom features a king bed with an en suite bathroom with a bath tub and shower. The downstairs guest bedroom features a queen bed with a hall bathroom. The upstairs loft features a king bed, and a bathroom with a shower and bath tub. The open floor plan is perfect for families to gather around with plenty of space. Enjoy preparing meals for your family in our fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and updated appliances. There is also a grill for the BBQ expert in the group!
