This large, single family house rental is in a gated community in Laconia. With 100 feet of sandy beaches and breath-taking views of Paugus Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee. The house has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 15 people in beds. It has an indoor gas fireplace, an outdoor fire pit and a barbecue grill. There is WIFI and Netflix, and the game room downstairs has a pool table, an air hockey table, a foosball table, shuffleboard, and darts.
20min drive to Gunstock Mountain for skiing.

This home is just steps away from a tennis court and a 5-10min walk (2 minutes by bike) to the sandy beaches and boat dock. The community also offers a playground, tennis, beach volleyball, and basketball courts. Children and adults enjoy the miles of paved sidewalks, walking trails, snow mobile trails, ponds and streams that run throughout this protected and gated community. It is convenient to Meredith, Laconia, Gun Stock Mountain, Bank of NH Concert Pavilion, and Weirs Beach. The location is perfect for adventures in all seasons!
