Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are readily available, however renting a car is recommended anywhere you stay in Orlando.
To visit Providence, follow these directions:
Take Interstate 4 to Exit 58 (CR 532)
Turn east on CR 532 and go to Lake Wilson Rd
Turn south on Lake Wilson Rd. and go one mile to Ronald Reagan Pkwy
Turn east on Ronald Reagan Pkwy. and go 2 miles to US 17-92
Turn south on US 17-92, go 1 mile to the Providence entrance on the left
Other Things to Note:
1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.
2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.
3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.
4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. Please be aware it may take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed.
5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.
6. The on-property golf course is public golf lessons are available.
7. You will need a gate pass which is issued during check-in. A QR code is available which can be used at the far right gate. A scanner is located on a post at the front right gate, and QR codes should be face up and clearly visible in order to scan.
8. This is a NON-SMOKING and NO-Pets home. No events, parties or large gatherings. Any violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
9. Vehicles are not permitted to park on the streets between 1:00am – 6:00am and will be towed without notice. No parking on the grass, sidewalks or common areas at any time. All vehicles must be fully parked in the driveway. Additional parking is available for $10/night at the clubhouse and can be arranged by calling (863) 424-7916. Please contact Anytime Towing at (863) 588-6671 if your vehicle has been towed.
10. During stay visitors must be registered with the Entrance Gate: All guests, including delivery services, door dash, instacart, uber, etc. must be registered with the guard booth in order to enter. From the House Phone Call (863) 424-2244 and follow the automated prompts to register a guest.
11. Clubhouse Pool / Fitness Center: Hours – 4:00am to Midnight. A keyfob is hanging near the front door which can be used to enter the gym. This must be returned to the home after each use and before checkout.
12. Trash Pickup: Grey Bins are used for trash and must be placed on the end of the driveway facing out on Tuesday Evenings. Bins must be returned to the side of the house no later than Wednesday evening. Recycle Pickup: Black/Yellow Bin is used for plastic and cardboard recycles and must be out Monday Evening and returned to the side of the house by Tuesday evening.
13. All the TV's in the home are smart-tv's equipped with Roku devices. YouTubeTV, Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu subscriptions are provided for use on these tv's only and may be limited in the number of screens that can display simultaneously.
14.This will be a self-catering house.
